Chicken Selects Illness Report - McDonald's, England

Sunday 23rd of June at about 8:30pm. I ordered chicken selects, fries, and a drink. I woke up at about 4am feeling very bloated, went to the toilet with diarrhoea. I was sweating like crazy. Eventually I knew I was going to be sick so I was, and then I had more diarrhoea. In the morning now - 11am - I still feel very nauseous and still have diarrhoea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Sweating, Bloating
