Ate a McDouble and Mcchicken, almost immediately felt nauseous. Over the course of the evening my symptoms worsened to constantly burping up acid, burning stomach pains, shivers, full body soreness, and extreme fatigue. Slept for an hour before waking up and experiencing extremely severe diarrhea, dehydration, and all over pain. I have not been able to sleep in hours and am constantly doubling over in pain and rushing to/from the bathroom. Going to urgent care soon, dehydration is worse and worse and unable to drink enough water to feel okay. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Soreness, Burping
