At around 12:30PM on 2/22/18 I went to my local McDonald’s for lunch. I found it oddly suspicious that my food came out so fast but figured, hey it’s fast food. That’s the point. I get home, wait to eat until about 1:30/2:00PM. About an hour later I start to feel incredibly nauseous, and eventually couldn’t hold it down any longer. Every 30 minutes for 12 consecutive hours I was projectile vomiting. For the first nine hours I couldn’t drink water or Powerade without it coming back up 10 minutes later. Now I understand that there’s a stomach bug going around, and maybe I would have considered that if it weren’t for two things. One, I rarely leave my house right now so I haven’t been in any unsanitary public areas. Two, the only thing I ate on February 22, 2018 was the McDonald’s that I had purchased and well, you clearly know how that went. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
