My daughter had a few sips of a vanilla shake and within a couple hours spiked a fever and had stomach cramps. Actually throwing up twice and then felt better and fever broke. Her dad also had a few sips and was nauseous. I called and reported to McDonald’s | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
