Crispy Chicken Sandwich Illness - McDonald's, Daleville Alabama

Nov 8 2018 330pm. Daleville Alabama. Got a crispy chicken sandwich and fries and my wife got a Big Mac with fries. She was fine and we shared the fries. I was the only one who ate the chicken and it tasted ok although the mayonnaise had no flavor. 2 hours later I had stomach pain. I was in worsening discomfort all evening and close to vomiting all night with fever and chills. Severe diarrhea the next morning and abdominal pain that continues thru today November 11. Not my first exposure to food poisoning and Im confident this is what I had. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
