on 3/17/2017 my wife and I stopped in mcdonalds real quick i grabbed two mcdoubles and my wife got fries, she had one bite of my mcdouble and I ate only one of them, later while shopping we both got hit by the worst stomach cramps we have ever had, after rushing home stopping along the way to let it out of both ends we contacted mcdonalds who basically told us to screw off they didnt care. STAY AWAY! Im surprised we both survived it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
