Just had a happy meal.
Felt fine over the day. Then ate mcdonald and felt really sick an hour later. Including Headaches, Diarrhea and Vomitting. I never had this before with here but I'm going to avoid it now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
