I ordered my lunch from here today and hadn’t eaten all day at around 8-9pm I had to pull my car over and threw up 3x and felt like the whole road was spinning. I went completely white as a sheet.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Just had a happy meal.
Felt fine over the day. Then ate mcdonald and felt really sick an hour later. Including Headaches, Diarrhea and Vomitting. I never had this before with here but I'm going to avoid it now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
