Severe Illness Post-Burger - McDonald's, Geesthacht Schleswig-Holstein

I ate a Hamburger Royal ts with fries at McDonald's Geesthacht on 03.08.23 around 1 pm to 3 pm. After a good 4 hours, I developed fever, chills, severe diarrhoea, nausea, body aches. This continues to this day, I've never felt so bad, I haven't been able to eat anything for 3 days. This was the only meal of the day, so it must come from that. I was already underweight + with my hepatitis C infection it was already life-threatening. Hopefully you can get compensation there, but I don't know how to prove that | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
