Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, other: Sweats till I was able to ring towel out
Suspected source: McDonald’s double cheese burger
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: This is the second week in a row from the same McDonald’s I ate an old looking double cheese burger 3 hours later I’m pulling and pooping till it all left my system stomach felt like it was going to explode I was in so much pain this McDonald stinks and is ran like garbage | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
