Jan 19, 6:15 am. stopped got breakfast buritto combo. 1 hour later cold sweats 3 hours later vomiting 4 hours later diarrhea than 3 days later still have a headache and diarrhea. This is not the first time I got sick at this McDonald’s but this was the worst. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
