I had the Grand Big Mac and the $3 value crispy chicken sandwich at around 6:15PM. I started feeling cramping and nausea around 11:30PM. I just had dark, tar-like diarrhea. McDonald's was the only thing I had eaten since noon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
