Fries & Frappe Illness - McDonald's, Phoenix Arizona

4 years ago reported by user-tjdq7996 business

McDonald's, East Camelback Road, Camelback Marketplace, Phoenix, AZ, USA

1635 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, 85016 Arizona, United States

On 12/17/21, I bought a frappe, two large fries and a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich at around lunch time. I only ate the fries, drank the frappe and thought I'd save my chicken sandwich for later. A few hours later I had severe diarrhoea and stomach pains and I'm still dealing with it up to now. I'm 100% positive it was this because I had not consumed anything else on Friday due to a busy work schedule. The fries and frappe were the only things I ingested that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
