Wednesday the 17th of April I went to my nearest McDonalds, I ordered 3 mcchickens, 2 large fry’s and my girlfriend a 10pc nugget, got home and ate and started to feel alittle nauseous so I went to lay down, next thing I know I am waking uo 10 mins later with sweats and throwing up all over my room, and bed. Took some medicine and today Friday April 19th I am not 100% better but I haven’t thrown up in 2 hrs and the lose stools have stoped, I want a case made and all McDonalds checked for cleanliness and everything, because I truly though I was dying last 2 nights. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Im so sorry to hear this fellow muncian . I hope you and your family can move on. All of theses stores can be should be inspected... munice has c***** mcdonalds the one by the baymomt is not good . I got sick as a dog from that pizza hut next top five guys ..it closed i see so i get it with the sicknesses. I even got an occurrence because of course i couldnt give my job 24 hours that i was given raw chicken or a germ or both. I go to the one in Daleville for a decent experience because the other one in muncie next to subway, again McDonalds isnt our thing here in muncie town
