I ordered a crispy buttermilk chicken meal around 10pm 12/6/16. Shortly after eating my stomach began to cramp, so I went to bed. About 6 hours after ingestion I was awoke to the urge to go vomit, and I did so. Was also accompanied by severe diarrhea. Still sick two days after the incident. Unable to leave my bed due to severe fatigue vomiting has stopped but diarrhea is still persistent. Called my doctor but was instructed to wait it out unless issues worsen. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
