McDonald's Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, Des Moines Iowa

I went and grabbed some McDonald's around 11 and when I ate it , it Tasted funny so I didn't finish it. I woke up that night at 4a.m sick to my stomach throwing up, diarrhea and severe stomach pains and I was burning up, I was up until 7 a.m non stop with these symptoms it carried on the next day and night and slowly started to get better.
