Kids' Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, Dallas Texas

My poor baby wanted a stupid happy meal and that was after school 330ish and she ate it after using the rr (2) and her stool is always hard. So used it normaly... after she ate her 2 nuggets a few fries then started to complain about a bad stomach pain. She complained for about 2 to 3 hours then started throwing up ... within a 4 hr pd she threw up 10 times first time it was the nuggets... after it was clear faomy and she would twirl and couldnt even stand from her throwing up. Smh she will not .... WE WILL NOT BE EATING MCDONALD'S AGAIN. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
