Around 6pm 2 weeks ago gave my daughter the Apple juice they give in the happy meals she also ate one chicken nugget, 5 mins later she had projectile throw up, for a few days she had diarrhea. At first I wasnt sure what caused but then after the few days around 6 pm again, we went got the same kids meal, she only had the Apple juice and once again threw up twice , & again was sick for a few days, thats when i realized it was food poisoning . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
