My two children had chicken nugget happy meals last night for dinner around 520 pm they ate and around 730 they were complaining of bad stomach cramps. They then started throwing up. I brought them to the emergency room at Gouverneur hospital they said it was food poisoning they had to get iv s and bloodwork. I called McDonald's told them and all they wanted to do was give me free happy meals. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
