Fast Food Illness: Migraine - McDonald's, Westfield Massachusetts

It’s friday, we got food out, normal. All of a sudden after eating, my stomach began to hurt like hell and I’ve been in the bathroom for hours, extremely sick. I can’t even lay down without the pain doubling. I’m exhausted, plus I have a migraine. I don’t understand why this is happening, maybe from the soda? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
