Had a filet o fish for lunch at 2:00pm. Tasted a little funny, but disnt think much of it as i hadnt had McDonalds in a while. By 6:00pm i had lost all appetite, and by 10:00pm the nausea and stomach cramps started. Been in the bathroom for the last hour, and initially felt like death warmed over(brok out in a fever/sweated all over while going diarrhea.) Finally starting to feel a little better (still terrible and weak) after 'cleaning myself out'. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness, Sweating
