I have been eating the Soutwest Salad with grilled chicken for several weeks now. Usually having 3-4 of the salads weekly.

Friday evening I began to feel ill. I have been vomiting since. Diarrhea has been a problem as well. Please stop serving these salads so nobody else will get sick. It is very unpleasant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
