Undercooked Sandwich Causes Illness - McDonald's, Avon Indiana

I just got a sandwich and some fries. Everything was going okay but the sandwich tasted very off...I continued to eat it until I got to about 1/4 of the sandwich left and I could tell it wasn't cooked right so I had to spit it out. A couple hours later my stomach started hurting intensely off and on, and I have felt very nauseous and I have had diarrhea. I haven't thrown up yet but I feel like I am going to very soon. I also know it was this place because I had nothing prior to that today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Safety violation
