McDonald's Meal: Severe Illness - McDonald's, England

My wife and I had a couple of items delivered from here around 8pm last Night.. light cold and soggy. Ate it anyway.

By 3am we are absolutely dying with body aches, puking and eye of a needle bowl movements.

All day now just unable to lift a finger.
