My son and I stopped for a quick bite. He had chicken nuggets with fries and I had a chicken sandwich. We drank lemonade but diluted the lemonade with water. Later that evening my son complained of stomach cramps and vomited and then started diarrhea. He has had diarrhea and vomiting got four days. I started vomiting and experiencing diarrhea the next day, going on three days now. I’m unsure if it’s the water or lemonade or the food (chicken and fries) but we both became ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
