Happy Meal Illness Suspected - McDonald's, Séné Bretagne

We had a take-away mac-do on Friday evening in Séné in Morbihan, and a few hours later my 3-year-old son had a very bad stomach ache and profuse diarrhea. Extremely watery diarrhea + vomiting all weekend. At first we thought it was a simple gastro but after asking the school, no other child in the class had a gastro, so no other family member was infected (including his brother with whom he sleeps). So I suspect food poisoning following HappyMeal (cheeseburger + fries + yogurt to drink) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
