Fast Food Illness Nightmare - McDonald's, Carmichael California

On Thursday night 4/20 at 5 pm I got a number 2 (2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a sprite) from McDonald's on Fair Oaks Blvd and Arden Way in Carmichael, CA. 5 hours later I woke up vomiting once an hour for 8 hours and then continuously throughout the following day (Friday 4/21). I had sweats and chills at the same time for 36 hours and could barely move. I couldn't keep any food or water down all day. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
