I ordered and ate a McSmart menu yesterday evening with 2 cheeseburgers with cola and fries and 2 chicken burgers. This was my last meal yesterday. I didn't have any more meals today either. In the afternoon, I feel weak and around 3 pm vomiting and diarrhea with severe pain. It wasn't normal vomiting and diarrhea, but the intensity was very severe and you barely have any strength to get up afterwards. I therefore assume that it must have been such food poisoning from McDonald's. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
