Quarter Pounder Illness Report - McDonald's, Northport New York

At around 2:00 PM today (Oct 19th) I got a 1/4 pounder from McDonald's Fort Salonga Road, Northport. So did my boyfriend we each had 1/4 pounder and he feels fine but I definitely think I have food poisoning. I cannot stop puking. I have diarrhea I have nausea intense stomach pain fever chills. Don't know what else it could be.
