6:30 Saturday evening febry 19th 2017 I ate a fish sandwich hot fudge sundae and apple pie at McDonald's on Galaxy Gallant Fox ox Drive in Bowie Maryland by 4 a.m. Sunday February 20th I was awakened with severe diarrhea and vomiting all day Sunday and Monday I had vomiting and diarrhea and cramping and could hardly move and now Tuesday I thought I was getting a little bit better but I just had diarrhea get it 10:30 a.m. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
