Ate a full quarter pounder meal and went home with no issues the night prior. The issues started when I woke up this morning, I have vomited twice and have dealt with constant stomach pain since an hour into waking up. A lot of what I ejected was the meal from last night, along with antacid tablets and Pepto Bismol that didn't work. Update: I now have a photo of what the meal caused the day after. I'm sure people don't want to see it, but it's up to emphasize how | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
