Got a meal for my daughter and a McChicken and fries for myself. I ate the fries first and when I went to take a bite of Mcchicken I found a huge grizzle thing so didnt eat it. I only ate the fries. After my daughter ate her fries she had intense upper stomach pain and then severe watery diarrhea. I hate the same upper stomach pain and then diarrhea as well that would not stop. Watery with mucous and an orange color. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
