Crispy chicken deluxe sandsich, Order sandwich at 5pm during lunch. Was fine and had not ate since day prior. Immediately after in an hour, feeing sick, nausea, chills, diarrhea. Fever by 7:30pm and vomiting into next day. Wet stool ever since | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
