Last Saturday, I ordered a FileToFish menu with lemon water. My burger is more bitter than usual but I am hungry so I don't pay any more attention to it than that. The next morning I wake up feeling lightheaded and have a strong urge to vomit. I vomit several times during the day, the rest of the time I sleep because I am completely stunned. I was fine before I ate this poison. McDonalds is a real public health problem, the hygiene is deplorable. I never order from them again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
