Yesterday my and a few of my family members with to McDonald's I order the 10 piece nuggets and fries with a sprite ..I got an headache head spinning loose bowel so does my other family member we all having the same problems we can't eat nothing because of the nausea I have went to the doctor yet but if I don't get any better I will ..I will not be eating there no time soon..I'm done | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
