Food Started as soon as I finish my big Mac . Instantly knew I was going to vomit. Tried to get to the bathroom but vomited outside the restaurant. And then went inside and asked to use the bathroom which they refuse to let me do. Had to walk a block to find a bathroom. Second day still having diarrhea and vomiting. It Started yesterday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
