Sick After Big Macs - McDonald's, Costa Mesa California

I'm just leaving the hospital now. Ive been here for 5 hours. Ate 2 Big Macs last night and I'm 100 percent certain that made me sick. It's the only thing I ate last night. Vomiting, diahrea and severe dehydration. Not very happy right now. I remember noticing a piece of wilted lettuce when I was eating. I should have just spit it out right then.
