About 8-9pm today (09.06.2018)I bought a Spicy Chickensnack wrap in Ipswich 2 Hening Ave, IP3 9QJ, at 12am I began to feel nauseated and and started to vomiting. MacDonalds was all I had eaten that evening (from 3pm) | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
