I ate a 20 piece chicken nugget meal, large fry, and Dr Pepper at around 2 o'clock, ordered from the drive thru. I also had some leftover pizza but it wasn't old and didn't cause me or anyone else who ate it any problems so I know it was more likely to have been mcdonalds because that's the only other thing I ate that day. I fell asleep feeling queasy and sick, and a few hours later woke up with the same feeling. I got up and headed to the bathroom, and started vomiting everything in my stomach. I then had diarrhea, but it wasn't excessive, although I had to rush to the bathroom a few times. I was trying to keep myself hydrated, but I need up vomitting the water as well. I decided to not put anything else in my stomach and sleep, and I would try to see the doctor in the morning but I haven't done it yet, as I am waiting on my family. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
