On 12 July 2023 I went to mcdonald’s with my friends around 9pm I had mozzarella bites and a diet coke (that’s all i’d eaten all day). The next day i woke up and instantly threw up, I was throwing up for the next 3 days being unable to eat. I have not eaten mcdonald’s since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
