Had a mc plant triple cheese burger and Big Mac woke up yesterday with the overwhelming urge to be sick . Just had some water to start and hoped it was just nothing only to the spend the rest of the day head down the toilet being sick . Bad stomach like being pierced with something body temp going through the roof as evening came on I was stuck in bed feeling lifeless and over heating. It was from McDonald’s restaurant ilminster | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
