Cheeseburger Combo Illness? - McDonald's, Stockbridge Georgia

I purchased a cheese burger combo with a Hi C orange on Sunday May 16, 2021 at approximately 4:00 pm. It was the only thing I had eaten all day and by 7:00 pm I started getting the chills and shivering with an upset stomach and a 100 degree fever. My normal body temp is always 97 degrees. I am 100 percent I have food poisoning from that store. Did anyone experience the same symptoms from eating there on Sunday afternoon around 4:00 - 5:00 pm? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Chills
