My sons last meal was a quarter pounder with cheese meal on Thursday night. He woke up in the morning pale and said he felt sick but as parents usually say... Oh you'll be fine, and off to school he went. I then got a call at 12 to say he had thrown up all over the hall floor and had a headache too. I took him home where he said he felt dizzy and had stomach cramps. He managed to have a few hours sleep where he woke up and was sick again, still very very pale.
