I ate for lunch a Mc Chicken menu with fries and a Mac Flurry caramel Twix. I've only eaten this all day and nothing the day before. In the evening when I went to bed, I started to feel bad and in the middle of the night I vomited at least 3 times and I had diarrhea. The next day the symptoms persisted and I also had fever and abdominal cramps. Today same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
