After eating the pizza, the discomfort started at 3 or 4 o'clock. It started with cold scandals, then fever accompanied by vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, headaches. I was doing fine the night before, however, early this morning, I woke up to an immense pain in my stomach. I got up, threw up, and now I’ve also got diarrhea.
