I went to McDonald's around 9:45 and ordered a chocolate chip frappe and two fish fillet sandwiches. My stomach began to feel weird so I decided to lay down and take a 30 minute nap. Once I woke up, I felt this terrible wave of pain in my abdomen and chest area. I used the restroom and I... Well... Had diarrhea. I'm incapable of getting any rest tonight due to my severe stomach pains, even after using the restroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain
