9/30/2022 around 9 pm, food meal was under cooked which lead to food poisoning. I ate a chicken nugget before I had check it I swallowed the piece and looked at the nugget to see it was under cooked. Sure enough and hour to two hours later my stomach started hurting and I puked. Then at 3am 10/1/22 I had diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
