Cheeseburger Illness Recurrence - McDonald's, Plain City Ohio

7:00 p.m. 11/8/2021, cheeseburger/not certain Five hours after I ingested a cheeseburger from there I became nauseous, then vomited about four times and had diarrhea four times for about an hour.  Feel fine now so pretty certain it was something I ate.  I was traveling to my sister’s house and was the only one to eat the cheeseburger.  Got sick at her house around 7:00 p.m.  I got sick at the same store about a year ago, purchasing a cheeseburger there before heading home to Indpls.  I got sick a couple hours after I got home, approximately 5 hours after I ingested the burger.  Both times I felt after about an hour of being sick.  I just want to take the time to report it in case there is a pattern.  Never had a reaction like that to food except these 2 times.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
