I went the mcdonalds that i always go to and got a happy meal and a hot chocolate and that was the worst decision ive ever made. I noticed some odd taste about the chicken but i was so hungry that i kept eating. Within 30 minutes of finishing my meal i got those stomach pains that make you want to curl up in a ball and die. I was also hit with diarrhea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
