I ate a Big Mac and a Big Tasty Bacon at your company in Dillenburg on Monday, 11/8/21. 1-1/2 h later I had severe abdominal cramps, vomiting, nausea and the strongest headaches. Since the complaints continued, I had to go to the emergency room tonight. Has been used after treatment with Buscopannu. Dismissed Novalgin, as there were no vacant beds. A bacterium in the food is to blame. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
